London:  Showcasing new filmmakers, introducing financiers to producers, looking at ways to increase on-screen and behind the camera diversity and discussing how to improve opportunities for disabled people to work in film are the key themes of the UK Film Council's programme of events at this year's Times BFI London Film Festival.
